Daniel’s Story:
The Best Gift of All

After a devastating nine-metre fall at work left Daniel with multiple fractures and a spinal injury, he faced a long and uncertain road to recovery. But thanks to the incredible care and support of the Trauma Services team at Westmead Hospital — and his own determination — Daniel not only learned to walk again, he was also able to stand tall at his wedding in front of all his loved ones.
