Refund Policy

If you have made an error regarding the amount of your donation or payment, or accidentally made a duplicate donation or payment, please contact us within 60 days of the date of the donation. All requests for refunds can be sent to:

Westmead Hospital Foundation will examine all requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Each decision will be at Westmead Hospital Foundation’s discretion. We will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified. 

Unfortunately, Westmead Hospital Foundation does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate or purchase carefully and understand that you are supporting Westmead Hospital Foundation (ABN 89 050 329 925) and not another charity. 

Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible.
