A Family Legacy That Inspires
Family has always been at the heart of Anne’s dedication to community.
Her late uncle and aunt, John and Beatrice Croffey, lived in Parramatta and were passionate supporters of local causes. Anne recalls her uncle in particular as someone who strongly believed in giving back to the community that had given so much to him.
That belief left a lasting impression.
It’s a value Anne carries forward today — honouring their memory by continuing their commitment to strengthening the community around her.
A Legacy of Gratitude
In recent years, Anne has seen firsthand the impact of Westmead Hospital Foundation’s work.
She has been deeply impressed by the care and support provided not only to patients, but also to hospital staff and volunteers. These experiences reinforced her belief in the importance of ensuring that this support continues for future generations.
Motivated by both her family’s legacy and her own connection to the hospital, Anne made a meaningful decision.
She chose to leave a gift in her Will to Westmead Hospital Foundation.
Anne’s decision is more than a personal gesture — it’s a powerful act of generosity that will help strengthen healthcare in Western Sydney for years to come.
Her story is a reminder that one person’s legacy can have a lasting impact, supporting patients, families, and healthcare workers well into the future.
